No, please do not refuse acceptance of damaged items. Please note any damage on the bill of lading in as much detail as possible and please take pictures, including a wide angle and a close-up.

Is there a warranty on your cabinets?

Yes, each manufacturer has a limited warranty ranging from three to five years. Please see our RESOURCES page.

My cabinets went on sale after placing an order. Can I get the new discounted price?

Unfortunately, we're not able to do this since more often than not, our discounted sale prices are passed on from the manufacturers.

When will my order ship?

RTA cabinets typically ship in two to seven days.
