For orders with items over 91″, there will be an additional freight charge that will be invoiced separately unless the items can be cut down to 91″ or less. This applies to all orders less than $1,000.

Any restriction on Free Shipping?
Free Shipping applies to orders over $3,000 and to sample door orders. Also, it is limited to items from one distributor location – items shipping from an additional location will have an added freight charge, invoiced separately.
Are there any coupon restrictions?
To qualify, the customer must apply by filling out the corresponding form to receive the coupon code(s), add cabinets to shopping cart, apply appropriate coupon code(s) during checkout, and pay with credit card.
Is there a warranty on your cabinets?
Yes, each manufacturer has a limited warranty ranging from three to five years. Please see our RESOURCES page.
What if I receive damaged items or if an item is missing?
Please inspect all products at the time of signing the freight bill and note any damage incurred in transit on the Bill Of Lading. Please make the following freight damage or missing items note on BOL with the following statement: “Box damage/Product damage” or “missing item.” List any missing items on the BOL. Freight damage …
Should I refuse acceptance of damaged items?
No, please do not refuse acceptance of damaged items. Please note any damage on the bill of lading in as much detail as possible and please take pictures, including a wide angle and a close-up.
What if an item is out of stock?
Backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive, typically two to six weeks after placing your original order.
When will my order ship?
RTA cabinets typically ship in two to seven days.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
We allow cancellations for up to 24 hours without incurring fees. After that time period, fees will be determined based on whether the manufacturer has incurred cost to pack your shipment.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted upon approval by the distributorwithin 30 days of purchase, less a 35% restocking fee. All returns must be in full factory sealed packing and in resalable condition only and accompanied with a receipt without exceptions.
Is delivery to my front door or curbside?
Curbside delivery only.

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship with an LTL carrier. Smaller, single item orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and process transactions through Stripe or PayPal.
My cabinets went on sale after placing an order. Can I get the new discounted price?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to do this since more often than not, our discounted sale prices are passed on from the manufacturers.
Is order available for pickup?
Yes. Please Contact Us for pickup locations.
What if I entered incorrect shipping address?
Please call customer service immediately. If your shipping address is changed after shipment, most freight companies will assess additional charges that will be passed on to you.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Please call customer service within 24 hours. After 24 hours, changes/cancellations may incur fees since order processing has most likely begun.
