Return eligibility depends on the product and manufacturer. Eligible unassembled/RTA products may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase with prior written authorization from The RTA Shop. Approved returns must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, uninstalled, in original factory-sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. A 35% restocking fee generally applies unless a different manufacturer-specific fee is required, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Factory-assembled, pre-assembled, assembled-to-order, custom-modified, special-order, and sample-door products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Return eligibility is also subject to the applicable manufacturer or distributor policy.
