Please inspect all products at the time of signing the freight bill and note any damage incurred in transit on the Bill Of Lading. Please make the following freight damage or missing items note on BOL with the following statement: “Box damage/Product damage” or “missing item.” List any missing items on the BOL. Freight damage or missing item claims WILL NOT be honored without a BOL notation.
