No, please do not refuse acceptance of damaged items. Please note any damage on the bill of lading in as much detail as possible and please take pictures, including a wide angle and a close-up.

When will my order ship?

RTA cabinets typically ship in two to seven days.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship with an LTL carrier. Smaller, single item orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS.

What do I have to do upon delivery?

Please inspect all products at the time of signing the freight bill and note any damage incurred in transit on the Bill Of Lading. Please make the following freight damage or missing items note on BOL with the following statement: "Box damage/Product damage" or "missing item." List any missing items on the BOL. Freight damage or missing item claims WILL NOT be honored without a BOL notation.
