My cabinets went on sale after I ordered. Can I get the new price?

Promotional pricing, discounts, and sale prices generally apply only to orders placed during the applicable promotional period and are not retroactive.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price is based on the pricing, promotions, and discounts in effect at that time. Later price reductions, manufacturer promotions, coupon offers, or sale events generally cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

If you believe a pricing error was made on your original order, please contact The RTA Shop and we will review it.

Do you offer volume pricing on large cabinet orders?

No. We do not offer volume discounts.

Our cabinet prices are already based on an aggressive, low-markup pricing model. Rather than inflating our everyday prices so we can offer increasingly large discounts based on order size, we price our cabinetry competitively from the start.

This means you don’t need to purchase more cabinets to unlock a better price. Whether you’re ordering a smaller kitchen or a large project, you benefit from the same transparent pricing model.
