Is order available for pickup?

Yes, local pickup may be available depending on the cabinet manufacturer, fulfillment location, and your delivery address.

Our checkout system automatically determines whether pickup is available based on your location. Pickup is generally offered only when the delivery address is within approximately 100 miles of an applicable distributor or fulfillment center.

If pickup is available for your order, you will see it as a shipping option during checkout. Availability can vary by manufacturer, product line, and fulfillment location.

Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about a specific pickup location or cabinet line.

When will my order ship?

Shipping and production times vary by manufacturer, product line, order size, inventory availability, and whether the cabinets are RTA, factory-assembled, in stock, or special order.

Some in-stock RTA cabinet orders may ship within a few business days. Special-order door styles, factory-assembled cabinets, modified products, backordered items, and other made-to-order products may require several weeks or longer depending on the manufacturer.

For example, certain manufacturers offer both stocked cabinet styles and special-order finishes with substantially different lead times. Any estimated lead time shown on the applicable product page or provided with your quote should be used as the current estimate for that product.

Estimated ship dates are based on information available when your order is confirmed and remain subject to manufacturer inventory, production schedules, payment status, order approval, and carrier availability.

Once tracking or delivery information becomes available, The RTA Shop will provide it to you. Estimated ship and delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside our control.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay securely online using the payment methods available at checkout.

Depending on your device, location, and eligibility, available options may include major credit and debit cards, ACH bank payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Payment options are displayed during checkout before you place your order. Some payment methods or financing options may be provided directly by the applicable payment processor and are subject to that provider's terms and eligibility requirements.

Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?

Possibly, but cancellation or change requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If a cancellation or change is approved, manufacturer, processing, restocking, freight, or other applicable fees may apply.

Factory-assembled, modified, special-order, and other made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production or processing has begun.

Please contact The RTA Shop immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will check the order status with the applicable manufacturer or distributor and let you know what options are available.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock or backordered, the estimated availability date will depend on the manufacturer, product line, and specific item.

Some backordered products may become available within a few weeks, while others may require a longer wait due to production schedules, imported inventory, special-order finishes, modifications, or other manufacturer-specific factors.

If an item on your order is unavailable, The RTA Shop will provide the most current information available from the manufacturer or distributor and let you know whether the item is expected to ship later, whether an alternative may be available, or whether another option needs to be considered.

Estimated restock and ship dates are provided by the applicable manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change. The RTA Shop does not guarantee manufacturer restock dates.
